Hello..lol..i'm here to update my life! yay!
ok so finally i went through my rovers BTC (basic training camp)
phew man..it was one camp tt will nvr forget lo..freakingliy tough and tiring!

ok start from..

day1
i was so excited about this camp thingy la..woke up at 4 in the morn and yepx..went to take the first train which is like 5am in the morn to shan house! hmmx..was in my uniform but dun have the scarf yet thn look super funny la..cause i've got one big bag behind,one in the front,clothes hanger and the side,shoe bag on the other and finally two flagpole!
ok thn reach sch we prepare lo..thn yepx..some of thm was late so we decide to wait for everyone lo..cause yepx..one for all all for one ma..thn go up late for 22mins..shito..thn we have 22 punishment already.
all of our instructors was actually our very close seniors lo..but everyone of thm change. yepx..was scream by thm and we have our bag check,everything was to be empty out..thn they start to take our stuffs tt is not include in our list inculding minor things such as hanger!
yepx..thn got more punishment and finally we take up the equipment and was heading for sarimbun camp.
on the bus we were still so happy but didn't know what is install for us there!
reach there more schock..everything we do must be fast fast and faster!like crazy la..cannot maki it thn will kena punishment. thn finally its the opening ceremony..yepx..got a slight reast..thn after that its more carzy thing lo..was made to pitch up tents..its 10 man and shit lo..its so heavy lo..thn yepx..leanr lotsa new stuffs..finally we mangae to pitch up the tent but we toke an hour plus..kena more punishment..thn we have to build our kitchen shed..2 of it..where we cook la..
yepx..thn after this thn is to lessons lo..blah blah blha..everyone was already tired like crazy lo..imagine do so much punishment whole body gonna break already!
finally at night..we get to slp..hmmx..i was bitten by ants the whole night..irritaing..didn't even slp well!slowly its day 2..dunno how to survie through!

wake up also do everything dfast fast again..walk the whole camp is run one..thn yepx//morn brugh teeth..fall in again..thn got PT in the morn..also siao siao one la..bleahx..vomit out blood..
thn yepx..we have lessons thn finally its like afternoon we have a quite fun session in our lesson,thats like jobs man..where we use axe and parang to chop wood! hehe..fun..
thn got back woods man..where we use woods and stuffs like that to start campfire and cook! haha..nice leh..
but go back punish again..waste food! hiaz..nvm..
thn yepx..next we got blidfold thn must follow the way through claps!
got some must jump down to water..thn got one is crawl mud one..carzy lo..mud all over!
thn there's one scolding which is most memorable la..
our body is so full of mud what..thn well..we tot we can like be slow a bit in our washing..but yepx..i just mangae to take off all my clothes where the instructor come again..we were tld to get out..shit lo..i just wear my pants withour my undies thn i run out already!
all in push up position..thn kena scream like dunno what like tt..hiaz..
finally until at night..
mangae to soon fall asleep..thn hear tt outside the tent got gonging sound..shit lo..its a fire drill but i didn't know it is..thn everyone was like so gorgy la..
fall in first..thn know its fire drill thn run to the gate lo..crazy la..thn its 330 lo..
after this got lotsa punishment,..
thn morn le..its our scariest part la..
we have to have inspection lo..rush to toilet change to uni..
also the time limit like..arghh..
thn yepx..inspection means everything out of tents..including 8 freakingliy big planks..thne go in again..thn come out..thn everything out of ur bag..thn into ur bag..thn out again..thn layout nicely according to someone..all got punishment one..cannot make it thn its punishmenyt..
thn also got PT..crazy one..thn mroe lesson..thn its so call our last day waht..dunno wtf i think we lost egg and flag..we have to protect the egg..thn its like wtf..800+++ punishment lo!
imangine clearing 100 by push upa lready liek..shit..smoemore must think of the girls leh!
yepx..the last of all this was the raft part..we have to build a raft with barrel everything..thn yepx..after building it was ask to carry it and yepx..run to the sea there..
thn i so happenis carrying it lo..so heavy can..my hand can break lo..thn cannot launch at sea one..its meant for us to run with it..thn yepx..e raft the thing keep banging my head!ahhh..so pain..but for everyone sake just whole on lo..
thn reach the pond there..we must ferry people over lo..hafway..the radft break..
we break the instructoer punishment..
kena scold like crazy also..was in push up position among rocks and stufss like tt..freaking pain..but hold on..
thn start our punbishment..including those 800++..
yepx..got one is most memorable is we go haf squats..eveyone have to hold on the position and everyone must count 1 to 150...thn smoemore got 12 pple..no one is giving up..everyone was crying..those who are reading this will ncr feel the pain we have in this punishment..imagine doing push up as much as those you do till now in your whole life..squats..flutter kick..morniging glory..crunches..and any sets u can think of..we did so much of it..all the pain we shared..the tears shed..
i think the insrtuctors are touch by us..they cancelled off the rest..

finally all of this..its investiture..
we march into the hall so proudly..among all those 20 year plus ago rovers..all is here..all went throgh this and they know e pain..
thn we go out as my patrol to wash our hands through a basin by thm..wipe dry thn touch the scout flag to recite the scout promise..thn march back to postion and wait for our name to be call..finally its mine..i feel so happy..all those suffering and pain is all worthwhile i salute my ARSL step infront..bend my head as i felt him doning on my scarf for me..i really felt so proud of my self..thn we as year 1 made up a mini show for thm..with buffet along..thn last part is tt every single one went out to thank the instrcutors who made us who we are today..
and yepx..we cry again..including the instructors..

thn last day is pack up and everything..we now learn and bond so much tt we did things as a team and was freakingly fast! we claer all tents and stuffs like tt in 30 mins..instructors is impress also!
btw..my foot also rot a bit from wearing a wet shoe for 4 days!
yepx..and tts about it..
pain we go through is all worth while..

WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT...
OVERCOMING STRESS?

In today's world it is virtually impossible to avoid stress. Almost everyone is carrying some amount of it, in varying degrees. Many find it increasingly difficult to simply survive in the world we live in. In desperation, people are seeking relief for their problems through any remedy they can find. Our culture is inundated with self-help books, therapists, time-management workshops, massage parlors, and recovery programs (to name just the tip of the iceberg). Everyone talks about returning to a "simpler" way of life, but no one seems to even know exactly what that means, or how to attain it. Many of us cry out like Job, "The churning inside me never stops; days of suffering confront me." (Job 30:27).

Most of us are so used to carrying the burden of stress, we can scarcely imagine our lives without it. We think it is simply an unavoidable part of living in the world. We carry it like a hiker trudging out of the Grand Canyon with a huge pack on his back. The pack seems to be a part of his own weight, and he can't even remember what it was ever like to not be carrying it. It seems that his legs have always been that heavy and his back has always ached under all that weight. Only when he stops to rest for a moment and takes off his pack does he realize just how heavy it really is, and how light and free he is without it.

Unfortunately, most of us cannot just unload stress like a backpack. It seems to be intrinsically woven into the very fabric of our lives. It lurks somewhere beneath our skin (usually in a knot between our shoulderblades). It keeps us up late into the night, just when we need sleep the most. It presses in on us from all sides. Yet, Jesus says, "Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." (Mt. 11:28-30). Those words have touched the hearts of many, yet they are only words that merely sound comforting and are in essence, worthless, unless they are true. If they are true, how can we apply them to our lives and walk free from the burdens that weigh us down so badly? Perhaps you are responding, "I would love do that if only I knew how!" How can we receive rest for our souls?

COME TO ME...
The first thing we must do to be free from our stress and our worry is to come unto Jesus. Without Him, our life has no real purpose or depth. We simply run from one activity to another, seeking to fill our lives with purpose, peace, and happiness. "All man's efforts are for his mouth, yet his appetite is never satisfied." (Ecc. 6:7). Things haven't changed much since the days of King Solomon. We work ourselves to the bone for the things we desire, only to crave more.
If we do not know our real purpose in life; our reason for existing, life is very meaningless indeed. Yet, God created each of us with a special purpose in mind. There is something that needs to be done on this earth that can only be done by you. Much of the stress that we carry springs from the fact that we don't know who we are or where we are going. Even Christians who know that ultimately they are going to heaven when they die, are still anxious in this lifetime because they do not really know who they are in Christ and who Christ is in them. No matter who we are, we are bound to have tribulation in this life. It is unavoidable, but having trouble in this life is not the issue anyway. The real issue is how we react to it. That is where stress is born. The trials we face in this world will either break us or make us strong.
"I will show you who he is like who comes to me and hears my words and puts them in to practice. He is like a man building a house who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock. When a flood came the torrents struck that house but could not shake it because it was well built." Luke 6:48. Jesus didn't say that once we built our house on the rock that everything would be perfect. No, He said that a flood came in torrents smashing against the house. The key is that the house was built on the rock of Jesus, and the rock of putting His words into practice. Is your house built on Jesus? Did you dig your foundation deep into Him, or was the house hastily erected? Is your salvation based on a prayer you prayed once or is it growing out of a committed relationship to Him? Do you come to Him every day, every hour? Are you putting His words into practice in your life, or do they lie there like dormant seed?

"Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God--this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--His good, pleasing and perfect will." Romans 12:1-2

Until you have fully committed yourself to God, until your foundation is dug deep into Him, you will never be able to discern what His perfect will is for your life. finally got sometime for me to blog le..lolx.. hmmx..friday i blog only with pictures cause no time ma..thn just upload all those pictures lo.. hehe..

FO camp i dislocate my arm la..so saded..or else got more photos de.. thn sat before i went for chalet replied my email to pancake.. hmmx..dunno if she got recieve anot?!? thn i everytime go online got standard procedure le..first go check whether she online anot..thn go check email..thn go see her blog..thn go see my blog..thn if free like now thn come here lo..=D aiyo..cant wait for her to reply my email..lolx..

thn the chalet thingy is not at pasir ris leh..its at changi there..near CVjetty..lolx..damn ulu plus haunted one..ok nvm..thn reach there le ermx..play grp games..haha..hope i'll recieve those pictures to upload.. some of the game quite fun la.. ok..thn go back bath..welfare is good..they cook for us again..we eat..thn sing song..haha..we got our 3E song leh..somemore is 3 thn is some EEE pple compose one..lolx.nice nice..thn i play the guitar and yepx..was singing through the night..siao one leh..and its really really super duper loud.. ok..finally midnite le..my fingers are numb frm strumming..went back in watch tv and do other stuffs..thn around midnite go out and talk talk again..i dunno y..hehe..they are talking abt comandoo and i link link all e way to simon thn sandy...lolx..funny..thn a little bit xing suan suan de again..so i juz keep quiet all the way.. around 5am alot of pple tired le thn they go slp le lo..but i still stay on until morn lo.haha.didn't slp at all..thn morn we leave the place and take bus back lo.. on bus also funny sia..we all take up all the seats on the bus cause its empty ma..thn we sing sing until the bus got pple come out we still sing..haha..can see the shock on their face..>.< ok la..thn went home i also nvr slp all the way till night ba..tts y was too tired to blog..haha..

thn its today le..ha was a happening day today.. morn meet up classmates for breakfast..first time i wasn't late for lessons but still late in meeting them..haha..cute leh.. thn i figure out i'm starting to have the "ambassador" blood in me le.. i actually help the truck driver to find his way to T15 and help him in delivering the food when he merely juz ask me if T15 is near here..haha.. ok nvm..thn went for lectueres..was abt to slp again..things tt they teach was like..ermx..easy..haha..no no..peanut..
ok la..dun hao lian.. thn today got odd week class ma..so got break frm 12pm to 3pm.. decided to went over SP guild house to play bowling.. went there with my classmates..this is the place where my "ambassador" thing come out again.. ok..i continue my story again.. thn we book the lane..wait and finally our turn le.. thn very complicated..cause the last group nvr finish up one game..so we must bowl finish for them la..which is for free.. thn patrick didn't new go and press start new game..causing the system to jam up
.. and i didn't know y the indian operator/receptionist was very angry..he come straight up and scold things like bloody f**king itchy hand..plus many more la.. ok..my temper rise super fast leh..but i dunno y i just keep quiet.. this is like the first time i did it leh..haha..yay..i'm change..if its last time i'll surely scream at the person leh..thn TK ask the man dun need so angry one..thn the man scold him its not his f**king business..thn the man scold and scold la.. the man say he can make him be expel ar..all this stuffs la..
i was really angry..but i control.. thn i act as mediator and stop thm la..thn drag both to one side.. the man still keep saying what..i know u're a decent boy but u can see what ur fren att. is..thn say what he got gang outside..haha.. arlow..i'm back frm camp! lolx..its actually 4days de la but yepx..some silly incident happen and ya..i have to ba back!

ok..le me start talking frm the beginning of the FOP..

i reach campus at around 0805 thn figure out tt i was not late! hmmx..thn got mix into a small grp of guys where the other is also called andy! haha..thn got one is frm mi also de! ha..thn talk talk..alot.of "cold" seniors talk to us..intro here and there..act enthu!
thn everyone get together play game lo..must remember the names one..silly leh..like tt lo..in less than like 10mins manage to remember 20+ same age people names and almost all seniors name le!lolx..
thn i got sabo on to the front to intro myself again..

thn finally bus came and we go over to the marnina jetty..over there learn more camp songs and dance..super lame..but again..i'm the few of the freshies tt really sing and dance with the seniors..haha..
alamak..go camp so paisae for what..lolx..

thn ok..more ice breakers and yepx..tried to be friendly with alot of peeps in my grp..lunch is macaroni and i eat quite alot..

after tt is some beach games and yepx..super silly one..everyone tie together thn must walk to the sand and dig and search for coins..haha.somemore half is blindfold one leh..
so yepx..tts abt it..
oh ya..still got play somesort of "Secret Admirer" thingy..haha..must make someting for our seniors..hmmx..i got amanda..one sorethroat one..>.< ok..thn go back bath..sianed..toilet needa queue so so long..thn finally dinner came..wow..super nice..got many many food..thn eat until i can die leh..haha..after tt is night walk..ok..tts super stupid..nvr scare us but yepx..bring us aroud to tell us abt eerie stuffs of the island.. haha.. i was sianed again..but yepx..the caretaker tell us if we see a man in white robes holding a candle usually spotted near big trees..thn we keep quiet and pretend we nvr see before.. ya lo..this one quite true la..that caretaker confirm won't tell lie one..somemore they got burn those josssticks and stuffs to "ward" off this kinda of things.. hmmx..the welfare in this camp is great la..still got supper somemore..ha..still is quite nice one leh! thn yepx..finally is slping time le lo..hehe.. tt mi guy actually is know sandy one..lolx..great leh..thn we talk abt her and lolx..we talk till quite late..nvr know tt guys can be so big mouth one but hehe..mabbie me only.. yepx..quite nice to slp leh..cause lights off is only at 0025 thn wake up is 0800..lolx..like super long leh..gd gd..lesiure camp..

haha wake up nxt morn..bath..breakfast.. thn going over to play the war games le lo..which is y i have to go home lo.. haha.. its actually need to throw water bomb la..complicated to xplain here.. thn it happen i swing my hand out again and yepx.. the sick ripping of my arm the sound came again and i immediatly go over one corner and sit.. thn they page back camp and medic come la..thn they bandage me and called the coast guard..lolx..super funny sia..i hand pain still talk alot.. thn saded lo..have to go off le..hiaz..i'm the leader leh..somemore last day i was suppose to play the guitar lo..hiax..nvm.. but horx..quite song also leh..cause the police coast guard came over and ferry me leh..wahahahax..imagine how many pple can take tt.. thn once reach the jetty paramedic at the dock there le leh..help me to the strecher and push me to the ambulance la..haha..somemore got quite a crowd looking at me..hehe..i shy leh..= P

thn they sending me to SGH..which i immidiatly think of her again..yepx..once my hand came off the first person i want to inform is her le..thn ask the camp chief help me msg her.. super pain la..but yepx..just try to think of happy things i share with her can le..lolx.. they injected me like 5 times.. because got one drug suppose to make me slp nvr make me slp..they inject another half time also no use..thn no choice i open eyes half dizzy see them twist my hand back! i know i talk to alot of staffs la..haha..quite chatty.. finally out and yepx..here i am.. still got the after effect leh..feel so dead.. plus hand still kinda pain.. hope tt tml will get better ba..=]

Boo..decided to blog..haha..boring la..still got like 2 hours then will be meetin her! =) yay..
hmmx..morning as usual..didn't manage to wake up to disturb her..lolx..but i got a sweet dream again la..hehe..so this it how its goes..

..dunno y i on a cruise la..lolx..then with my frens which i can remember bryan only..so i remembered we talk alot but dunno what is the content la..then is inside the cabin..haha..then i dunno why we change into some kinda of suit thingy one..u know..those for dancing?!? then we go to some ballroom thingy la..then dunno y secene change again..suddenly i'm dancing with her..but not in the ballroom..is at i dunno where?!? haha..super sweet la..then i wake up le lo..saded..

Hi hi..finally after much attempt lolx..my blog is ermx..done?!? >.< Wahahax..i think must first thanks yuan shan mei ya..haha..help me quite alot..hehe..i know i'm slow la! turtle leh! thn sylvia for staying up to keep me awake to "create" this blog even i know its not tt hard la! haha.. ok la..i know its kinda plain now but i'll try to add in more stuffs in a few day times ya?!?

i think i'm not focus in things that i do today ba..mind so full of thingy..haiz.. catch ball will drop..throw ball cannot aim..spin ball dunno like what..alamak..really not my day leh..then 1hour or mabbie less than tt into the trning then rain so heavy sia..haiz..thn no chioce we go over JE play pool lo.. alamak..i play pool also cannot concentrate leh..ball right infront horx cannot go in leh.. ARGHH.. thn have mac and went home le..yay..she msg me again..wahahax..=D

at night couldn't talk to online..needa go help mum work at sembawang..lolx..the job today is super boring leh..just count then right down the number..haha..no wonder she call me..>.< thn reach home at around 2300..and ya..have been working on this blog till now.. oh ya..was quite dissapointed..adriano didn't went in to final..haha..

and yepx..i'm also damn piss off with my dad lo..he's like dis-allowing me to go Genting with jp,win n bryan..WTH..at first can already lo..i think he's just jealous tt he can't enjoy.. didn't even ask frm him a single cent leh..then its not like e first time i go oversea alone..so many freaking times le lo..act until i can't take care of myself..haiz..i'm super angry with him la..arghh.. nvm..i ask mum to argue with him tml..see how things turn out ba!
